Cancellation Policy
Payment is due prior to the first session or course and is non-refundable. All payments are final. For live virtual courses: Rescheduling is not allowed. If any material is missed you are responsible for reviewing the material in preparation for the next class. If a payment has been rendered and for any reason you cannot complete the course, no refunds are allowed for biweekly or in full payments. For individual appointments: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. If you cancel under 24 hours you may be subject to a no show fee. If you reschedule within the same week, the cancellation fee will be waived. In case of an emergency, serious accident or illness, death, or family emergencies, please contact us as soon as you can to let us know of the circumstances.
